Moraima is a vitiviniculture cooperative formed in the year 2006, in the municipality of Barro in Pontevedra. It has the Rías Baixas appellation d'origine contrôllée and produces a homonymous wine, elaborated with grapes 100 percent from the Albariño variety

The wine stands out because of its amplitude and gustatory equilibrium. It’s clean, brilliant, straw-coloured with greenish beams. In the nose, the smell is intense and complex, with fresh touches of fruits and white flowers. In the mouth, the taste is soft, balanced in body and sourness, round, flavourous and very persistent.

Moraima is a young wine with an experience of a hundred years, which is the age of the oldest vine stock of the cooperative, in which none of the vineyards is of new plantation.
