We presented a new experimental winemaking project using the Ratiño variety of grape.
We tried something new – we aged our Caíño wine in oak barrels.
To celebrate the arrival of our first red wine, we held a party in the Pazo de la Crega in Barro (our hometown), on the 18th September 2014.
We start working to re-introduce this indigenous variety which was almost extinct.
